Our Refund policy for Courses & activities

All Booking’s/purchases of Diving Courses and Day Trips are subject to re-confirmation within one business day after purchase (refund policy), customers will be fully refunded if the orders cannot be confirmed.

Diving courses and activity deposits cannot be refunded – After courses or activities are booked there are costs for materials and registrations with PADI, SDI or TDI which we cannot recover. Other unrecoverable fees include Instructor or Divemaster fees, food for the boat, staff, and boat joining fee.

  • Cancellations of certification Courses for any reason will incur a penalty of 25% per person, and minus any transaction fees we paid to payment processors.
  • Cancellations received within 14 days of departure will incur a penalty of 25% per person.
  • Cancellations received within 7 days of departure will incur a penalty of 50% per person.
  • Cancellations received within 3 days of departure will incur a penalty of 100% per person.
  • Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit the entire payment.

Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every effort to maintain the normal operation.

There is 6% (minus any transaction fees we paid to payment processors) handling fee add-on to the above penalties.

Re-schedule your booking

You are allowed to re-schedule your booking only once during a period of 6 months. If you need to cancel or re-schedule the course after these 6 months, the deposit is invalid and you will need to pay a new deposit.

In the event of cancellation once you are in Hurghada and you have started the course/activities, if you decide to stop for whatever reason, the amount due needs to be paid in full.
We do let you re-schedule new dates for the cancelled course/activities within 6 months. The total course price doesn’t need to be paid in full but only the boat fees of the remaining course days.

Equipment & parts

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the seal on top of the boxes cannot be broken or opened.

All personalized & customized products bought on globaldivershurghada.com are exempt from being returned.

All types of goods not bought on globaldivershurghada.com are exempt from being returned.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Refund policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

There is often some processing time before a refund will appear in your bank statement.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
